We vet every subcontractor and worker who applies for a job on Workyard. This involves them performing an interview with us over the phone where we ask them questions about their past work history, company structure and perform checks on their licenses and insurances if they have any.
We use the information collected during our vetting process to match contractors with the most relevant work according to their skills and type of business. This ensures we don’t waste your time looking through applications that aren’t appropriate for the type of work that needs to be performed, as well as deliver you all the information you need to make a decision. This way, we only send you the most highly relevant and quality subcontractors on every job!
